Vision Coverage

As a Blue Cross Community Health PlansSM (BCCHPSM) member, you have eye care benefits. You do not need approval from your PCP to see an eye doctor in the plan network. Visit the Provider Finder® to find vision providers. Search under All Specialties to find vision specialists and other providers. BCCHP has partnered with Heritage Vision Plans, Inc., powered by VSP®, to give you vision services. Heritage Vision Plans is a vision benefit company that is dedicated to giving you exceptional service and quality. Their goal is to give you the best eye care.*
